11th Circuit Denies DACA Holders Request. The Georgia Board of Regents policy denies college admission to DREAMERS who ae seeking admission to flagship state universities – University of Georgia, Georgia Tech, Georgia State College and University. After litigation, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of that policy.
