Georgia bishops advocate for Haitians facing uncertain future

Earlier this summer, the Trump administration ended Temporary Protected Status for Haiti. The decision impacted roughly 350,000 people, some 7,000 of whom reside in Georgia. Our Georgia bishops wrote to our senators, urging them to extend TPS designation for Haiti owing to humanitarian issues.
