Alongside our longstanding participation in state-based student scholarship organizations, SB 446 would opt Georgia in to a new federal tax credit for contributions to scholarship granting organizations. This would not replace our state-based tax credit, but rather enhance it.
The bill is currently in the House awaiting a floor vote, which has been postponed several times. Contact your State House member today and urge them to support SB 446 to expand school choice for parents in our state!
