Gregg v. Georgia: Fifty Years Later

Georgians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty and the Georgia Catholic Conference for an insightful discussion marking the 50th anniversary of Gregg v. Georgia, the Supreme Court case that re-started the death penalty in the United States.
